4. Shipping

Processing times vary and are listed on product pages when applicable
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products custom digital/print-on-demand, all sales are final / eligible for returns within 30 days
Refunds or replacements may be issued for damaged or incorrect items if contacted within [30] days of delivery
