How do I care for my apparels?

All apparel here will include a care label on their tags.

Will you be providing more apparel, that's not just tops?

Of course! If you're interested in staying updated on our latest clothing offerings beyond just tops, I recommend subscribing to our newsletter for all the updates!

Shipping and Refund

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-7 business days for domestic delivery
International delivery takes 10-30 business days
Both do not include weekends

The product I ordered doesn't fit. What should I do?

Please be aware if there's something wrong with your order, you have a 30-day window to contact us at shaneinvasionstore@gmail.com to further investigate, offer a free replacement or a refund.

How do I return an item?

I bought a product but forgot to update my address. Is it too late?

Please note that depending on the order’s stage of fulfillment, some changes may not be possible to make. It takes 2-7 business day to fulfill shipment process, so please review the address, size, colour, etc before confirming order.

During checkout, taxes will be included. 

Do you sell gift cards?

We plan to! Only to those who sign up for our newsletter. They get exclusive deals, sales, updates to the newest products, and more!

Why are your products expensive?

Please understand we estimate our prices by the quality of fabrics and the quality of my designs. All of my designs are original, and all digitally hand drawn and made with passion.
